Justin Roses WITB Reveals Key Changes Ahead Of Masters...

Golf fans are buzzing after Justin Rose's "What's in the Bag" (WITB) setup was revealed ahead of the 2026 Masters Tournament. The English star, a former U.S. Open champion, made subtle but strategic equipment adjustments that could impact his performance at Augusta National this week.

Rose swapped his longtime driver for a new TaylorMade Qi10 LS model, opting for lower spin off the tee. He also adjusted his iron shafts to Project X LZ 6.5, a move analysts say improves his mid-range accuracy. The changes come after a strong start to 2026, including two top-10 PGA Tour finishes.

The WITB trend spiked in U.S. searches as amateur golfers study pros' equipment before the year's first major. Rose's setup is particularly scrutinized due to his consistent Masters record—he's finished top 25 in nine of his last 10 appearances, including a playoff loss in 2017.

Equipment insiders note Rose's bag reflects a broader Tour shift toward lower-spin drivers in 2026. His wedge grind selections (60-degree with heel relief) also suggest preparation for Augusta's tricky short-game demands. The 45-year-old enters Thursday's opening round ranked 18th worldwide.

Rose's caddie, Gareth Lord, confirmed the changes were tested extensively during practice rounds this week. "He's dialed in distances perfectly with the new irons," Lord told Golf Channel on Tuesday. The Masters begins April 13 at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.
